I love potlucks. I’m a good cook and I can go nuts but don’t care if you brought a package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls. I’ve been to potlucks where everyone brought potato salad but they were all different and it was great! That said if I host a dinner ci make a lot of food and you don’t have to bring anything.

I’m trying this summer to get my boys interested in learning how to cook. Tonight I “helped” my younger son make chicken satay with peanut sauce and “helped” my older son make kung pao chicken with rice noodles. It was delicious with no leftovers.
