I hope they never stop, because it never ends well for them.

I freaking LOVE the A-team van. I was a little kid when that show was on the air, and it was absolutely my favorite TV vehicle in and era of star-cars. But even as a 5-year old who loved the show and the van, I wondered the same thing.
D’oh!
I haul my scooters a lot, so a shell would be too cumbersome for me personally.
That’s the great thing about trucks. They’re so flexible in how they can be set up by their owner.
I have been saying for YEARS that crew cab short bed trucks, are the modern equivalent of a full sized sedan, with a more flexibly usable trunk. That’s exactly how I use mine, and it’s been a fantastic vehicle. It will never be as stylish as a fuselage Mopar sedan or such that it is virtually the same length and width…
I like the Maverick, and I think its going to do well. I don’t think the camper shell actually would make much sense. If you’re going to throw a roof over it and limit the height of your load, it probably makes more sense to just get a CUV. The great thing about an open bed, is the ability to have tall things in it,…
Yeah, that was really cool. I was particularly impressed by the guy in the white late 30's ... I think Hudson? Whatever it was, that dude was gettin’ after it!
An XLT with AWD and Ecoboost, plus a spray-in bed liner and trailer hitch, is under $28k. This thing costs almost exactly as much as my wife’s CX-5 cost me 6-1/2 years ago. I think they’re going to steal a lot of CUV buyers with this.
I definitely miss having the PWC there with IndyCar. I don't think the Spec Miata will be there this year either, which is also a bummer.
It was pretty wild last year. I’ve been to IMSA a couple times, so I may go again, but I’m not quite as into sports cars as I am IndyCar.
I didn’t think you were rooting for it to fail. I’m just more optimistic about it’s chances than you are :)
I’m going to the IndyCar race at Road America. I haven’t missed that since they started going back. This time I’m taking my family. It will be the first IndyCar race for my wife, and my 6 and 8 year old girls. Should be fun.
I think the Maverick has a good chance of being a bigger sales success, by being a fair bit smaller. The Ridgeline is a great midsize truck, but it has a lot of midsize competition. People who buy a Ridgeline, are only comparing it to other trucks. The Maverick really has no competitor. I could see a bunch or people…
“What advantage would the Maverick have over my donkey?”
I want to buy a Maverick, and get “GOOSE” as the license plate.
We should all buy stock in Anhieser-Busch, because Mike Shank is going to drink all the Busch Light tonight. All. Of. It.
Agreed on all counts.
I don’t know if I’ve ever seen that view before ... DAYUM!
Yeah, there was a huge hush in the crowd, and then big cheers when he got out. We dodged a bullet there!
