Wingless is cool, but hard to do. Either find a base model to switch (and then let them roll around pretending they are a SS) or pull the wing and deal with the holes. I ended up switching with a base model. (After I took the SS badges off... muhahaha.)

I switched to a low rise myself. I can still clip along at 135 at RA, so I'm not too worried about it reducing my top speed.

I could do CTA if I'm desperate, but it takes a little over twice as long as Metra. I have to take a bus to either the Red or Brown lines, and then take it the whole way in to the Loop. Takes foreverrrrr.

Eh, isn't really a concern with modern tires. If in doubt just pump up the pressure a bit.
