Watch it for Linda Lavin and a few funny but awkward (as in, what are they doing with this character but the actor is so quirky and funny) moments with Thomas Lennon of Reno 911 (and a whole bunch of other funny stuff) fame. Sean Hayes' character has some moments; we'll see if the show finds its stride.

Huh, after reading the article I was thinking, well shit, now I'm just not going to nbc.com at all to watch tv, but knowing that the Sean show is made by the Better Off Ted guy means I might give it a chance.
Better Off Ted was terrific! I can't watch Sean Saves... because I find audience laughter jarring now that I'm used to funny shows without laughter.
