Nope. At our University there was no XBL, PSN or Wii Network (or whatever it's called) allowed. However, other Universities in Missouri allowed XBL and company, though the internet service there took a big hit, especially at UCM, where one of my good friends went.

Huh, wish we could've gotten our IT guys to do the same. We had to submit port request forms, which I did on numerous occasions and detailed the reasons why I deemed them necessary to be opened. Each time I was sent a letter back stating that they could not open any unless they were for academic purposes.
