The numbers you quoted are for the old Skyactiv. The article’s talking about Skyactiv-X. 188hp/180tq out of 2 liters, with undisclosed mileage that is expected to be high 30s city/mid 40s highway, meaning about 40mpg combined.

That is fair and a good clarification. But I’ve gotten dozens of emails from folks who bought a used car was not issued a title, dealer closes shop and they are SOL trying to get the car registered.
