The cynic in me tends to believe that there are a whole lot of fanboys who are much more concerned with the James Gunn-created Cult of “I am Guardians of the Galaxy,” thus the signatures. If it was the guy who owned the Honda dealership down the road, methinks there would be less signatures.

The retooling killed the show, period. It was a pretty decent comedy with a unique premise before they essentially turned it into a “The Office” clone. 

Some people (like me) prefer logical consistency in storytelling, while others are more interested in emotional insight, or just surface-level thrills and pleasures.
