Not likely Volvo’s. They are built with rust prevention in mind. You gotta realize, Sweden has some salty roads lol

Good luck finding one of those for $2900 though bro
It’s too old for Uber isn’t it?
Maybe, but I’d say more likely from VW HQ. There’s no reason for the dealer to have one right now.
Well it really comes down to the fact that they don’t profit enough on each car. Something they could learn from Porsche on I suppose. Look it up. Tesla sold more cars than ever this quarter and still posted a sizeable loss because their profit per car keeps dropping. And I keep profiting with Tesla puts lol
Mundane shape that they sold the hell out of don’t forget. The Boxster basically saved them back in the late 90’s.
Only if you need to have your leather stitching a deviated color and other ridiculous stuff like that. Porsche charges a lot for stupid options. But their cars come well optioned. Just order one. Don’t buy one the dealership specced with useless crap.
Even Porsche doesn’t have a significant take rate on manuals. It’s like 10% I think. But they do it because they are Porsche. Bless them for that
Personally I don’t need all that fluff on a C8. And you can’t have your cake and eat it too bro, you are going to want at least 5k worth of options on the Supra. I would drive either model optioned with $5k worth of gear. That’s all my 911 has on it and it’s perfectly fine. But then, I’m not a typical Jalop who…
Having lived up and down the East Coast my whole life I can assure you, there will be a shit ton of vettes sold here too, just like always. They are dime a dozen here in FL.
Did you miss the fact that it’s fully mid-engined and looks really good? Just checking.
I agree but not everyone sees it this way. That’s why I bought a base 911. Plenty of power for my purposes. But not everyone sees it this way. A lot of people for whatever reason (insecurity?) have to own the one that is the “fastest”
You used to be able to pick up a under 50k miles example of these for about $15k when the E46 was current and even into the E90 run. My how times have changed.
Yes in Connecticut
You should do it. CT has some beautiful roads.
Depends on the driver. I know guys on their original clutch over at rennlist with over 100k miles. Mine is at 72k miles with no signs of any issue.
The owner has the original wheels too per his craigslist ad
They are gorgeous. But I think the prevailing sentiment is that the car needs its stock wheels, not the ones from an E39 on it.
Those belong on the E39 they came off of. Where they look properly amazing.
He smogged it yesterday...
