It passed the smog check yesterday...

They were going for the “low rider“ market I think.  This thing was already lowered, and has a ground effects package on it. So instead of buying a different vehicle and modding it, you could pick up one of these or it’s sister S10 model ready to go.

Fuuuuuck. My mom had an Astro of that vintage back then.

Looks nasty.  My younger brother had a ‘98 loaded 4 door Blazer and totaled it. IIRC he pulled out in front of a Silverado who was doing probably 45mph based on the road. My brother and his passenger were unhurt, as was the Silverado driver. I guess he was lucky.

Yeah my parents bought one as their first retirement ride.  It drives nice imo.

Google tells me the LFA didn’t shift fast.  But not all single clutch gear boxes were slow.  SMG II in my old E46 M3 would damn near snap your neck in the most aggressive shift mode, which was approximately 80ms.

Lol.  In fairness, there’s a pass through to the cab of the truck.  But your comment made me laugh so you get a star.

It always caught my eye and the design ha held up.  Looks great

That was a sad day when the last fellatio monkey died out.

Can’t help but think of Dr Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog every time I see one of these.  He totally woulda rocked one.

Already did. $55k vs $113k.

Isn’t the Supra going to be similar and price but about 130hp less?  I’m being serious, I didn’t bother to look up the exact figures.

900k.  That’s the second odometer

Give me the old naturally aspirated 6.3.  That thing sounded amazing.

My first thought as well

Can confirm my moms 2002 trailblazer had that issue as does my brothers current 2097 Vibe.

I see what you did there in the first paragraph Rob.  Well played sir.

Because the seats aren’t original to the car.

Probably the best episode of Friends.

So much this.
