*facepalm* please keep up, Bethesda didnt make the trailer. Guillermo Del Toro’s studio did. The person who claimed to have worked on the trailer was a part of that studio, not Bethesda. Bethesda can sue them, if they can prove certain things. Cant just sue for any reason and expect it to be taken to court.

soo... the likely hood of getting sued for public misinformation is misdirection? if the fans expect Fallout 4, and Bethesda gives us something else then they are held liable for the misinformation. unintentional or not. This wasnt misdirection on bethesda’s part. This is just misinformation at this point.

biggest problem with 4k gaming right now isnt the cards, but the HDMI standards. Doesnt allow 120Hz yet. Current standards only allow 60Hz at 4k resolution. So monitors are locked in at that rate. HDMI standards need to move on a little bit to allow 120Hz at that resolution. Only then will 4k Gaming pickup.
