I’m Canadian too. :) I buy Presidents Choice. It’s relatively cheap, and their Plain 3% doesn’t contain any stabilisers. Close enough to full fat it doesn’t make much difference.

Oh, I just suggest full-fat yogourt because I like its flavour and texture. Low-fat yogourts are usually gelatinous, since they replace the missing fat with gelling agents. And Greek yogourt often has an unpleasant chalky texture.

Not an abomination at all. But not a Pickle either. This is a cucumber salad without the onions. My stepmom is the daughter of German immigrants, I grew up eating quick-brined cucumber and onion as a side dish during the summer. It’s very light and refreshing.
