Yeah, it looked plastic to me, but kind of thicker plastic, b/c it doesn't exactly "drape."

What is that semi-transparent fabric (?) on the skirt of the model who's wearing a leopard print top? Showing through is a heart-shaped pattern. Also, what's the top on the model wearing a snakeskin (print?) skirt? Anyone know?

You're getting slammed for your poor statistical methods, but there have been various studies done with large n that show kids don't particularly benefit from early learning; if people called it what it was, government sponsored babysitting, then fine, but nah on the rest.
