Oh dear, you’re right, I’m a control freak and I touch male colleagues all the time.

Teens are by far the worst at PDA and that sort of stuff. Mainly because most of them probably do not have a clue what is viewed as appropriate/not. There were kids at my high school who had to walk their SOs to every class, and then kiss them in the doorway while the rest of us tried to get into the room. It was the…
You know what really grinds my gears? (Since everyone is dying to know.)
Stevie Nicks in 1987 with a glass bowl of cocaine.
Eh, I don’t necessarily mind people putting an arm around me, so long as it’s the arm of a person I like. They start applying pressure though, and man I am out of there. The shoulder/neck thing annoys me infinitely more though, especially when guys start to ‘massage’ the area.
It’s possible her insurance was like, “HAHA NOOOOOOO. LOLZ”
Right. Because no woman has ever or could ever live in an area where only Catholic hospitals are available, or have insurance where the only in-network hospitals are Catholic. Women whose reproductive health is compromised by other people’s religious beliefs are just dumb bitches who deserve it.
You’re assuming that she had the choice of a non-catholic hospital that was nearby and in her insurer’s network. Given how agressive religious hospitals have been about expanding and buying out competitors in many areas, that’s far from being a given.
This is why it is so dangerous to have so many Catholic hospitals. In some areas, all of the hospitals are Catholic. I don’t want this kind of faux pro-life fuckery in my medical care, either around birth or end-of-life issues.
That’s all well and good, and I think it certainly applies to this case, but where do you draw the lines for what is “fraudulent sex”?
They weren't previously friends, to be clear. She first befriended this woman using her online male alter ego.
Because she was assaulted by another woman? I don’t know, I think if this were a man that was preying on women like this, the tone of the article and the comments would be very different.
You know what’s not in most coverage of this case, especially on this site? That when they arrested Newland, they found her to be running the same “Kye” scam on some other woman online.
I.... hmm.... this is a complicated one. I came out hard in the initial post about this case, saying that this was unequivocally rape, since the scenario presented there (A agrees to sex with B, A puts blindfold on, person C enters the room and begins to penetrate A) was very clearly rape. But these extra details to…
I feel like this is the plot of one of those old fairy tales. Like woman impersonates man, joins army, meets tiny sassy dragon, saves China from Huns. I forget
I don’t think the headline should use the word “seduced,” especially as it’s just been legally declared to be sexual assault.
Oh beyon-z we've never seen these types of photos of you two and now that the divorce rumors are rampant, we see this. So contrived. You do you.
I’m also clueless on Rita Ora. But since it’s always nice when a non Kardashian can make the tabloids I shall celebrate whoever they are for a second or two.
Or what she does, for that matter.
