If you dig the vibe of the commercial, check out the Samurai 7 anime based on Kurosawa’s Seven Samurai. It’s a bit batshit crazy, but fun.

I recall being “that guy” unintentionally. I was at the car wash with my brother when he points at the (at the time, 2003) Jag S-Type going through the wash. Not thinking too much about it, I told him that I thought they were rather ugly and since Ford had purchased them recently that they are basically an upmarket…
Nice! Thanks for the info.
Can confirm, clearing ones cul-de-sac with 400+ HP and snow doughnuts is fun.
V8 growl is awesome, but a nice exhaust and the supercharger whine on the B8 is fantastic. Sure the turbo will sound nice here as well.
While the turbos on the new S4 are probably not as linear as the supercharger on the B8 stock, the tuner market is going to have a field day boosting this thing to crazy levels. As the owner of a Stage 2+ B8 S4, I cant wait to see what the aftermarket gets up to with this platform.
Personally on my S4 I did a good deal of brake and suspension mods essentially to get the handling dialed in, which the dealer never had any issue with. But did not risk doing anything to the engine until the 50K warranty was up. After that all bets were off. But that’s just my take on it not wanting to get the ol’…
I have one of these at home and really like it. Lots of good detail on the scale itself and tracking and metrics on the app and through Google Fit work very well.

400+ Hp and AWD with winter tires. Absolute beast in the snow.
It’s still a little heavy, but I suppose the trade-off is that you don’t have to carry the fuel and everything is self contained in the pot. Depends on your use case I suppose. Personally I use it car camping when lighting a full fire is impractical.

This thing is incredible for cooking quickly and boiling water / making coffee while camping. The charging works, but at the end of the day the best use of the battery is to power the fan for the stove to keep the fire well stoked and super hot.

Supercharged instead of turboed, but right there with you living in Denver. My old NA was so winded going over the passes.
13' B8.5. I have a pic of it lower in the comments. I skipped stage 1 and went to stage 2 and then stage 2 with dual pulley. Dual pulley is awesome, but it really requires upgrades to things like the cooling system and brakes that you may or may not want to invest in. If you are looking for something that is…
Ha, small world. Thanks man!
It is. Stage 2 is totally where the S4 should be. I am dual pulley on mine and it’s awesome. Totally worth it.
Yep, that’s me. :)
That blue R-type wagon is just about the most sexy car you can buy today. Love it.
I can attest to the awesomeness of the APR tune. My S4 is running a Stage2+ APR tune and is just incredibly fun to drive. AWD and nearly 500HP in a car with a carseat in the back that I drive daily is just smile inducing.
Yep, I bought the PSVR with the Doom bundle yesterday because of this. Should be fun to try out.

I am curious here. What is the graphics quality on the PC like (with a good high end setup) compared to the PS4 Pro running 4k and HDR? I would imagine better frame-rates and details but I have nothing to base that on at the moment?
