That’s a little annoying given how the show and movies were lined up for the first 2-3 seasons, but I guess it makes sense with more recent seasons occurring over relatively short periods of time.

Yeah, it seems like Winter Soldier was the only movie they seriously attempted to sync with, and that was necessary since it directly affected the show. There was also the sort of connection to Age of Ultron, but that was halfhearted at best. After that point it seems like the show basically gave up on connections to…
It sounds like Danzig might be the next Ed Wood. Also, I hope this ends up on Prime Video so it will fit in with the vast collection of low budget terrible movies, such as Ninjas vs Monsters https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2070759/?ref_=nv_sr_1?ref_=nv_sr_1
I agree that the 6-button controllers were great, but would any of the included games benefit from the extra buttons? I think I only bought those controllers so I could properly play Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter games, though a few other games might have benefited.
WISE FWOM YO GWAVE (or maybe that’s just me?)
Yeah, that built-in inertia when controlling a character has turned me off in some games, even ones that are otherwise great like RDR2. At least once I fell off a cliff because I needed to look over the edge at something or other for a mission, but Arthur decided his inertia was more important than living. A similar…
That would be pretty cool, though I wonder how much of the “evidence” for that hypothesis can be explained in other ways. Either way, I’m guessing the story for the BotW sequel will confirm that.
Is that official? I was thinking that Nintendo had already indicated which of the 4(?) official timelines BotW was a part of, though I could be mistaken.
I didn’t remember who Howard was offhand, but yeah that’s pretty close.
I’ve been pretty good about controlling my drunk purchases, mainly because I’m usually only playing games at the time. However, since those consoles have stores, it’s not a perfect strategy. I think my last purchases were all in the same night for games I had been thinking about, and I guess I just needed something…

It’s funny to me that several of the Avengers in that game look like famous actors, just not the ones from the movies. Thor looks like Gerard Butler, Cap looks like Scott Caan, and Black Widow looks like Cobie Smulders.
I hadn’t noticed that, but from what little we see I think riding side saddle (as opposed to straddling it) was a necessity based on how wide that animal is. She’d need to be very flexible, otherwise. Also, it kind of looks like she’s wearing a skirt or dress, which can make other riding styles more difficult.
I can only recall some of the shenanigans with LoZ’s multiple timelines, so I’m not sure if BotW and OoT are the same timeline. Either way I’m pretty sure that BotW takes place at a later point in time.
Definitely more sound than any HL3 “confirmation”.
I kind of want to joke that the TG16 never had enough games to fill out a full roster for the mini version. However, it did seriously have some good games that were later released on (or remade for) other consoles and did well. I’ve never had a strong desire to get the other mini consoles because I already have the…
I’m call it now, that “corpse” is the evil wizard Aghanim.
Is the game’s story and world largely the same? Also, did they add any way to track current goals/missions in the game? I vaguely recall that in the original there were a number of tasks introduced at the same time but no way to keep track of them.
This seems like as good of a time as any to pull out Asura’s Wrath. I played it partway on the 360, but I think I got sidetracked with other games then forgot to go back.
And now I wonder how common this kind of policy is in the games industry. I can recall working for a small company that also had this policy, though it was partly due to the CEO being petty, so I can’t vouch for the reasoning for Xseed’s policy.
I hadn’t really thought about that til you mentioned it, but it does seem true that the majority of games that work with actual authors haven’t had a good track record. The only ones that come to mind are adventure games, though the majority were just based on existing properties. Possibly the only good one that I…
