I think it’s supposed to be a “team” look with the family — a suit like Jay was wearing, a fringe shirt like Blue’s dress, then the hat because it was such an iconic look from the album? Either way, it looks better in other pictures (though I agree, not the best she’s ever looked), and her hair looked awesome.
