But it’s kind of fun to go through his rant and count the clauses that apply equally to Bernie — spoiler, 90% of the times a clause couldn’t apply to him, it’s only because he’s never been high enough in an administration to have the relevant responsibility.

Hold onto your hat, people are going to scream Wendell Pierce at this comment for the next week.

It definitely had its charms, and my friends who live in Tulsa assure me it’s become a hipster haven that people are moving to from Portland (seems a little aspirational, but I do like the look of the new giant public greenspace they’re putting together), but it’s not for me. I don’t like tornadoes, and doubt I’d like

But I went over. :(

Martha and I are going to be so happy together. I can’t wait to learn how to fold fitted sheets!

Right, there’s a chart of state laws at my link. But since AirBnB operates in all 50 states (AFAIK), it’s an interesting question to see if they even meet the federal bar.

I live for the day the person who says that gets a reflexive backhand from the person who just bid.

Price is Right rules? I’ll take 43.

Yeah I’ve lived in Oklahoma before and I’m not really tempted to go back. But Martha has the upstate NY farm, a place on Cape Cod ... I think I’ve made my choice. I’ll find my own threesome partners!

I mean your kill is on point, but I’ll have to think about the fuck/marry for a minute. Imagine how amazing your house would be with Martha as a wife? Plus no homeschooling ...

Martha on FacebookLive gives me life (at work), and I subscribed after the Thanksgiving ep wherein she prepared like 14 turkeys side-by-side to show the different possible options. You bet your ass I spatchcocked my bird this year!

I’m getting more “riding the pole” than “riding the pine” once you add in carousel imagery, which is why it gets my vote.

Agreed. The sharing economy is due for some disruption.

Either that, or that the exemption doesn’t apply in these cases because the owner doesn’t technically “live” there when it’s rented because they’re never there at the same time as the tenants? Or that AirBnB isn’t a housing rental, it’s a hotel situation, which doesn’t have the carve-out, IIRC. This could be

At least she’s a hypothetical racist bitch! I think the stated concern was actually making a defenseless little old lady rent out rooms in her house to men when she’d prefer to rent to women, but since it exempts from all FHA requirements race, religion, &c. are all fair game.

Okay, it’s actually called the Mrs. Murphy Exemption. Very interested to see if AirBnB rentals fall under it.

If I dig deep into the recesses of my Property Law memories, I recall that racial discrimination in housing is actually allowed when you’re renting in your own house or anything smaller than a 4-plex (if the owner also lives there). This was the Murphy exception? Any landlord-tenant lawyers want to correct me on this?

Timber Jockeys: Combining the fun of Minor League Baseball with the rich carousel history of the Triple Cities, the “Binghamton Timber Jockeys” pays homage to everyone that rides the carousels.

I love this collared, scalloped neoprene top with a cute Peter Pan collar; it feels very springy,

He cast two white guys with glasses, what more can you ask for?
