Oh man, this had me laughing hard. Can you imagine? The stream would be instantly banned in China, and Blizzard wouldn’t even dare share any Pooh-tainted pics in any Chinese media.

If BlizzCon is nothing but a field of Pooh Bear and Mei, I will spend my entire weekend watching the stream.

...I do not watch streams as a general rule (I’m old; I see nothing wrong with streams, they’re just not the kind of entertainment I am used to), but I will tune all the way in for something like that.

Then why did your social media team apologize to China first before any statement was given? OmegaLUL

And before you get out all the way over your skis: clothing and other necessary items are generally non-negotiable. Unless we completely rework the rules of modern American society writ large and general human modesty, we’re not going to walk about unclothed—and given the ubiquity and professional necessity of cell

When invalid analogies are levied as tractable arguments: a study.

Brack’s statement concerning Blitzchung’s statements “having had nothing to do with their decision” is about as full of shit as it gets. They absolutely kowtowed to China, and now they’re trying to reverse course amidst a firestorm of pushback.

Here’s the thing: corporations absolutely have the right to associate

“The specific views expressed by blitzchung were NOT a factor in the decision we made,” wrote Brack. “I want to be clear: our relationships in China had no influence on our decision...”

Just practice. I played fighting games when I was young, but it was just button mashing. When MK9 rolled around, I tried to get good enough to just hold my own against an average online player. I practiced in training mode for hours a day just trying to string together combos and to get timings down. I still got rekt.

You probably need more practice, that’s all.

FM3 is my jam! It is the reason I bought this game. That being said as a Front Mission fan I was disappointed in this game. I still LOVE this game, but not for front mission reason. And I don’t mean because its not like a J-RPG. I mean the customization reasons and the skills. Front mission let you mix and match

I’d say yes. There are a number of differences between this game and Front Missions games. Most FM games missions are linear and mission based, BT: you pick and choose the missions you go on. FM field is a rigid grid with tons of buildings where as BT is more free form and has maps sporting extremely rugged terrain

I believe Front Mission was modeled after Battletech, so yeah probably. I’ve only played one Front Mission game (don’t remember which one) but I remember it reminded me a lot of Battletech at the time.

You might. Worth a go for 2 hours and a refund if you aren’t feeling it.

I play Front Mission 3 and 4 and I think it will carry over pretty well. There isn’t as any melee options but there are more types of weapons to choose from. If you like designing giant robot and love to fight slow tactical battles with them, I highly recommend.

Oh wow. Thanks for reminding me this exists. I haven’t listened to this particular cover in years!

Nope, other than that you setup looks good. I think you’re smart to wait around for the next gen nVidia card as it seems like it will be releasing in the first half of next year. And you might also want to wait to see what AMD does with their Ryzen refresh, which is supposed to happen in first quarter of 2018. Rumor

This is a good looking build, but if it’s gaming focused you probably don’t need the i7-8700K and ROG STRIX motherboard. Newegg has a deal right now for an i5-8600K and MSI Z370 motherboard for $345 after rebate. The hyperthreading you get from the 8700K probably wont’ make a noticeable impact on your framerate. I
