I owned a 525iT configured _exactly_ like the one on BaT: manual, ZPP, ZSP, ZCW, just in a different color. Sold it in 2013, still miss it. It was the ideal balance of fun, utility, and good looks. I checked Carfax recently, and apparently it crossed the continent back to the West Coast (it was originally sold in San

It won’t be a proper M car, just an “M Performance” ersatz. A dual-motor i4 M50 xDrive.

Just to be fair and not trying to object to the overall thrust of this article, the auto wiper operation has significantly improved over the past several months. I used to complain about that a lot, but somewhere around March or so Tesla pushed an update that made wipers much much better, and the subsequent updates

There will be only one M2: the correct one. All the rumors to the contrary are BS.

FWIW, the current production number for North America is in the neighborhood of 4500. So if 650 are on the lots, and let’s say another 400 are in transit, 3500 have found their owners.

F80 M3 uses the front end of F82 M4, and not the regular 3 series. The next M3 will do the same and use the 4 series/M4 front end.

Yet another video made in Kyiv (previously: MØ, Mark Ronson + Miley Cyrus, RTW, etc.). Ukrainians respect their Mercedeses and wouldn’t allow them be associated with this performer.

Aaaaand... She’s turned herself in:

Looking at the side shot - is the car huge or the human tiny?

Wait, what? Actual performance of performance cars is now becoming important?! You don’t say!

How dangerous Flugplatz is you learn on like 2nd or 3rd lap of the Ring in any driving game. If this was the first time you heard about it, it’s a reflection of your lack of knowledge.

A Model 3 Performance has just won its class in SCCA Solo Nationals, against a Gt350, an Evora, and a bunch of BMW Ms and Porsches. Is that challenging enough for you?

I call BS. Audi is taking the most current version of Model S and saying that it has more battery so what do you expect. But the reality is that the e-Tron has worse numbers even when comparing to the older versions of S or X that had battery capacity parity. Tesla has better overall energy management, period.

What I do realize is that I easily get more than 250 miles driving my M3 LRD like a madman, with its 75KWh (vs. the Taycan’s 93KWh) battery. If I slow down, I can easily match Tesla’s claimed numbers, unless it’s freezing outside.

So the longest range Taycan will have a real life range of 250 miles at best. That’s not what the market expects these days.

Both Tanya and you use the wrong examples. Flights US to London are not “long”. It’s 6-8 hours with at least 2-3 used up by takeoff, meal service, and landing. Even in business class you won’t get more than 4 hours of sleep. So you get the large seat but don’t really get much benefit out of it. Your first day in

It is a well known concern for any X6 owner that their car is not visible enough on the road.

2010 135i (last month of N54 production) here: outside of the stuff any BMW wants, there was a persistent issue with clogging A/C drain, the blower motor went (this is a dashboard disassembly, tons of money in labor - fortunately done under warranty), and the engine has to be walnut blasted every 30-40K. Otherwise,

I’m not sure how to use a plural here: Captains Obvious or Captain Obviouses?
