So BMW looked at Tesla interiors and decided they’re a great thing to copy? Seriously?
I’m 6'6". Any German car will work. My wife and I once got a 135i from 0 miles at BMW Welt to 1200 miles at Frankfurt Airport in a week of driving, and I never felt uncomfortable. Audis, VWs, BMWs are all sized for Europeans, where there are way more 198cm tall men than here.
TSLA is up 5.8% today. How does it matter? Did Musk unsmoke that joint to make it happen?
I’m guessing you didn’t actually watch the video. It was two hours of really serious and thoughtful conversation, with maybe two or three minutes total of silliness. It actually eased my concerns about Musk’s mental state.
1. Tesla does include a piece of cloth to wipe the screen. /s
Regen is adjustable, but after driving the Tesla for a couple of hours with standard regen you won’t want to adjust it to anything else and will for the rest of your life ask why other cars can’t be driven the same way.
Yes wagon. You simply live in the wrong country for that.
I drove through the same places three years ago in my then new F31 (BMW European Delivery). We stayed near Bolzano in a place where the road circles over itself through tunnels and over bridges. We stayed in Varenna in a B&B high above Lake Como, where that F31 was too large to go through switchbacks without a three…
Here’s my tip: if you can, choose another Eastern European city to go to. Krakow, Prague, Tallinn, Kyiv, St Pete’s if you’re dead set on Russia, but not Moscow. Any attractions you might find there, you will find elsewhere, with more comfort, less time, and less money. Moscow is overpriced, corrupt, dirty, and its…
Your info is out of date. BMW ran out of letters for pos 11 and started using digits a few years back. For instance, Spartanburg now uses 0 in addition to L. It also uses a whole bunch of different WMIs. US market cars are currently 5UX for regular models and 5YM for M, while other markets use the “traditional” WBA…
As someone who considered okroshka the meal of choice for summer lunches throughout my childhood, I’d like to mention two very important points about the liquid used in it:
1. The correct base for okroshka is sour whey. I guess buttermilk (with some extra lemon juice - the base needs to be seriously sour) is an ok…
There will be an M8, but it will have the same engine with the same output as the M5.
In North America, Z4 M40i (which is what this model is properly called) will have 382hp.
Antonov is based in a Kyiv suburb and wasn’t affected by the war, other than the broken supply chain for Russian made parts.
Polarized sunglasses make HUDs invisible because physics.
They can’t. It will be the same B48 but tuned to 300hp. Expect it this summer.
For BMW, Magna makes 520d, 530i, 540i, 530e, apparently with the focus on non-European market models. And of course you’re not allowed to say it, so I’ll say it for you: it’s already made a couple of hundreds of Z4s.
What do you mean, “could”? Who do you think has been building all those prototype Z4s and Supras?
