I’m glad to hear this, to be frank. We don’t need the first non-Episode Star Wars movie to be a grimdark Zack Snyder affair. Four-quadrant appeal still allows plenty of room for darkness, but anything darker than Revenge of the Sith or The Empire Strikes Back should be saved for down the road, after the Star Wars…

I would say yes. Banner hasn’t created a murderbot with the sole intent of using it to get back in the good graces of teammates who have kicked him out of their club (yet).

Not yet, and that was actually called the Executor. The Devastator was his Imperial Star Destroyer in A New Hope and then he showed up rocking the Executor, Super Star Destroyer in the next two films.

I happily accept the title of “massive nerd”! That superstructure thingy stuck out like a sore thumb to me the second I watched it. I actually had to pop in my blu-ray of A New Hope to confirm it immediately after watching the first trailer last month. It’s Vader’s ship for sure!

I’m sorry, but Ben Kingsley as Actual Drunk Actor Trevor Slattery was amazing. If you don’t love Trevor Slattery, you’re wrong.

Based on the quality of Kurzel’s Macbeth, which had basically the same cast and crew, consider me hyped.

Funny that he was so much more wise and mature than Stark. Stark had his parents killed 20 years ago, T’Challa had his Dad killed just the other day. Yet T’Challa was wise enough to realize he should be seeking justice, not straight up murdering someone (Stark with Bucky).
