Let us broken molecules unite to create whole molecules!

Can I ask which AHA toner you use? I am constantly looking for a better toner since I think my HG toner (Clinique’s purple one) has been letting me down lately due to over-use. I honestly am making a concerted effort to stick to only Asian/Korean skincare lines at this point in my life! Heh heh.

Dermatologist will definitely help, but it also helps if you know which ingredients do what. I read the Asian Beauty (Products) reddit forum, and someone posted this incredibly helpful list which helped me fill in the holes of my skincare knowledge, so now I know what to focus on and not waste money on. I know it’s

Nope, it works for me like that, too, but after about a week or two, dry spots start popping up around my nose and such. So I either have to progressively use more oil, or just rotate different kinds of moisturizers. I have so many facial products that it’s easy and something I did anyway, but YMMV.

I know his political views don’t align with mine totally, and he’s probably been richer at any point of his life than I will ever be, but I can’t help but feel bad for him. He does have that sweet, well-meaning look, doesn’t he? I just want to sit down on the same bench with him and talk to him in the park, and just

Agreed with volunteering. I don’t have a lot of money or dependable transportation to volunteer now, but it was great to just get out and be among people, even if you feel it’s obligatory in some way. I found it was just nice talking to people about their lives and not focusing on mine for at least a few hours a week.

Ooh! I have a 20% off regular-priced item coupon at CVS, and I am itching to use it, but didn’t know what to use it on. I was seriously eyeing the spiralizer thingy too because I am trying to work more veggies into my meals, especially my lunches.

I know I was one once, and we should generally support them at a vulnerable time in their lives...but teenagers (of any gender) piss the living hell out of me.

Agreed that you should stay out of it. Even if New Boss considers your new info, he most likely won’t change his decision and will not see you as butting into things that are none of your concern. The last thing you want is to be labeled “untrustworthy”. It’s hard enough for women in office political games, so best to

Don’t worry, white collar is nothing to scream at. Men still rule the roost, and won’t even contemplate promotions because they literally see every woman as causing “drama” whenever something goes wrong. But when the men are stressed from idiot male managers, it’s because they’re “working too hard”.

Had one of those guys selling stupid children’s toys fly one of those flying toys right onto my head. Hard. I gave him the evilest eye available, and he all he did was say sorry and stayed very far from me. Good thing, because if he had tried to even get within two feet of me, my teeth would have made contact with his

What’s becoming increasingly more common, I’ve noticed from my co-workers’ experiences since I live in an apartment building, is that parents are driving their kids to richer (i.e. safer) neighborhoods and coming back to pick them up maybe two hours later.

Working at the Lush factory would be my #1 dream job...

Have you ever tried the one for sensitive skin? I’m trying to find a mineral-oil-free oil cleanser since I’m not sure if the one I’m trying out now (with mineral oil) will be horrible for my skin.

Story of my life, amirite? (I am not right)

Totally can empathize. What’s even funnier is, the same food I was ridiculed for growing up with and loving (well into my late 20s, might I add), they didn’t even contemplate trying or see as edible until a famous white person (i.e. probably Anthony Bourdain...oh, who are we kidding, it was Anthony Bourdain) told them

Definitely. I just googled it and seems they sell Jane Iredale at Nordstroms, so if you have one near you, maybe you can check it out to see if the color suits you.

It was the Forever Pink color. I am pale, and it gives just the right hint of very sheer color. Love it for a simple weekend when you just want to look not-dead.

Will probably be ignored by most because hey...that’s not what brings in the stars on the comments...

I got a sample of the Jane Iredale lipstick that changes color on your lips via Birchbox, and...I am in love. Saving up my points to get a full size one!
