It’s pretty wild how far Whedon’s star has fallen at The A.V. Club. I’m curious to see how this turns out.
... so is the “Marvel Moment” a scene or a set of a vibe?
Leftovers was outstanding
Both Lost and BSG seemed to throw hands up in the air and say “It was the about the journey, not the mystery!” which is absolute bullshit when you consider the storytelling and what was prioritized.
I have a lot more confidence in the future storyline now that there’s only 15 (?) episodes or so left in the series.
I’ve long been frustrated with the anti-vigilante law as a plot device. It just felt like a needless exploration of a rather boring avenue of vigilante storytelling, and it’s strangled the show from engaging with its original premise for two seasons now. I tune into this to see Oliver in a Green Arrow suit beating up…

I hope Trump is assassinated, sooner rather than later. He can experience a very late term abortion.
When the X-Men inevitably arrive in the MCU, I really hope that it isn’t The Wolverine Show again. As much as I love Jackman, I would really like to see a proper MCU Storm, for example.
For a franchise that’s famously a metaphor for marginalized people, please never let it look like THIS again:
May 2019 see Trump assassinated in an appropriately Game of Thrones-style fashion.
Cisco is the most obnoxious character in the entire DCCW, give or take Felicity when she’s feeling particularly self-righteous.
Stephen Moyer - Reed Strucker - is married to Anna Paquin.
I don’t know how you cast Amy Acker on an X-Men show, surround her with allies and family members, all with mutant powers, but don’t give any to her.
It looks less like another attempt at the Phoenix Saga and more like a remake of The Last Stand.
The Wire character is closest to where Cypher is in the comics right now. He can decipher any language, including digital language. Rather than addicted to drugs like Wire, he’s addicted to the Internet.
Here’s hoping they bring back Agent Carter and let Peggy age in real time so it’s 1952 now.
AM radio is a ghetto. Nobody under the age of 40 even knows what that button on the radio does. Being on AM radio does not make one a prominent anything.
Just the sight of her sneering, hateful face is enough to set my teeth on edge.
