I’ve been vegetarian for almost 20 years and I hate them so much. Somehow everyone has gotten the idea that veg = sanctimonious because of these assholes. I just want to eat my food in peace.

My wife and I have been doing this pretty much since we moved in together. I set my alarm for 20-30 minutes before I need to get up. When it goes off, I roll over and get some time spooning with her before facing another day of existential work dread. It might be my favorite part of the day.
