One Halloween my friends and I dressed up like The Toros and did the opening cheer sequence at a party. It was amazing, and I haven't participated in Halloween since, because you can't top perfection.

When I was 14/15 or so I stole a cigarette from my mom, to try it out. She found out pretty quick and she said “fine, you want to start this disgusting habit? Here’s a light, it’s best when you smoke it as fast as you can”

My mom quit smoking after 50+ years recently. She said she also quit drinking beer too, because it makes her want to smoke. She was hoping the two would cancel each other out and her weight would stay the same. That is not what is happening.

I didn’t even realize videographers at weddings was a real thing that real people outside of fake movies did. We didn’t even think to get a photographer until it was almost too late. I was at the head table, unable to really get up and go to the bar while all of this was happening. I would have caused quite the ruckus trying to get away, and I can guarantee my friend would never have forgiven me.

Somebody in the 70s apparently. So awful. Some of the transbay buses have cloth seats too, but I think AC Transit only uses those for commute hours.

BART is slooooowly replacing the gross cloth seats with plastic seats. I usually stand if I end up on a cloth seat car.
