Drive, yes, no problem! But as others have mentioned, using the heel as a pivot will wreck your floor mats.

Heels also make your footprint even smaller, and if they have a platform, zero pedal feel. As it is, my feet are almost too small to heel-toe in my car so I stick to flats.

Yes, I’m aware of conventional corrosion control methods in use in most water supplies. I dumbed it way down in my response to the person who thought that lead pipes were the only issue.
