you dont have to eat after drinking whey, its a supplement as in its supplementing your diet. I weight lift 5 days a week and drink whey everyday and i still get sore sometimes if i push myself hard.

whey, fish oil, and good multivitamin are all you need. Creatine is also legit but if you not looking to put on mass or dont feel like having to make sure you take it everyday, then its not needed for you. But those first 3 are all you need, the rest of the crap like pre workouts and fat burners are just glorified…

I used to think the tiburon was fast because it had dual exhaust and that if you make the single outlets into dual outlet for a total of 4 exhaust outlets, the car would be fast because each cylinder could breathe better. I was not a very bright 13 yr old.
