Sadly it looks like it was in a front end collision ripping the center of the bumper cover off leaving the bumper impact beam exposed.

Its also the absolute cheapest 7 passenger vehicle you can buy. For a family on a budget, it does the job. 

Im not so sure about the build quality lag with the Mustang, as FCA doesn't seem to be having as much trouble getting their paint to stay attached to the car.  

The problem with the Camaro right now is easily seen in the following image.

The fact that it’s better looking than every one of the bajillion Camaro variants that have come along since its rebirth in 2009 is either a credit to the Dodge design team, or a damning indictment of the guys over at GM.

This. It’s a “sports” car, not a sports car. It turns, fine, stops fine, goes fine, and makes a great noise, is comfortable, and looks great. It’s got everything you need for a nice ride to the movies with your partner, or you can drop the kid off at school, and maybe do an on-ramp burn out on your way to work.

Challenger is still cooler-looking and more practical (bigger, more comfortable) than Mustang or Camaro. It may lag behind both in build quality, but it’s one of my favorite currently-available-new-cars despite/because of how anachronistic it is.
