I believe it’s a play on the phrase “What is dead may never die which was a common saying by one of the factions in Game of Thrones.

I liked Onward quite a bit, but Soul revived that feeling that an upcoming Pixar movie is going to be special and incredible, which I probably haven't felt since Inside Out

I’m glad you specified Spider-Man 2

Say what you will about Favreau’s *excellent* Iron Man in 2008...

So the HISTK franchise, one of the few Disney properties that had both parents alive and working together, decides to go the dead mom/wife route.

Te riffing on old sitcoms concept looks intriguing. I found myself trying to guess which sitcom inspired each shot. Some were easy, given the iconic staircases and other decor. Take this one for instance. I’m betting it’s Bewitched. Even Wanda’s hair (sans headband) has a similar cut and style to Samantha’s (Elizabeth

Not to mention what's her face is the sister of those twin what's their faces. Meta. Face.

I know it’s usually the standard to poo poo these early responses as meaningless, but the specificity of these comments gives me hope. Please be good!

Very cool! Dawson is one of my absolute favorite actors. She’s been in so many big, successful projects and yet she usually seems to fly under the radar for most audiences. This sounds really promising

The last movie invalidated a lot of things...

That’s part of why I enjoyed Legacy so much. Krayt just said “fuck it” and realized he could kill a whole lot more folks with a few dozen Sith.

It looks.. interesting? It has me more intrigued than Dark Phoenix did at least, I’ll give it that.

The 1990 TMNT movie absolutely holds up. Not only is it still consistently funny, but the grimy look of NY and surprising (at least in contrast to the animated series) weight given to the abduction of Splinter and the menace of Shredder, makes it a uniquely stylish adaptation.

I’ll say what I say every time there’s a news story about this fantasy idea: who on earth would want this?  Tarantino has a very particular aesthetic and that aesthetic is very much not Star Trek.  I don’t want to see a movie with Kirk dropping F-bombs, Spock saying “the N word”, or lovingly erotic shots of Uhura’s

One potential fear- I think Comedy central undersands that part of the appeal of Rick and Morty was the long wait. But I fear they’ve taken the worst tactic- forcing the team to make epsidoes at a breakneck pace when they’re presumably athe their creative height, then releasing them in five eipsode packages every few

Weep for General Pryde’s daughter, Kitty. For her, though, it’s just another phase.

.... Detective Pikachu?
