I’ve got an 8-month old, so this is hitting at about the right time for me. It’s gotta be better than Netflix’s kid’s offerings.

Now you know how I felt when Overwatch videos started appearing. At least you can tell what’s interesting with RDR2 clips even if you don’t play the game. When Overwatch is on, I can’t tell what the fuck is happening, or what I’m supposed to be looking at.
Shit, I’ve been here years, and I’m greyed everywhere except Gizmodo.
My wife desperately wanted to avoid a c-section too. But after 30+ hours of labor, she was physically exhausted and unable to push, and when his heart rate plummeted, we went in for surgery. And today we have a healthy, charismatic-as-hell 8-month-old, and the only thing we regret is not going for the c-section…
Impeachment is never, was never, going to be on the table. Even if we took the Senate tonight. Impeachment requires 2/3rds of the Senate, ie 66 seats, and we are NEVER going to get that many Republicans to sign on to remove Trump from office. The sooner we get people to realize these facts, and move on to actual…
Anytime somebody tries to defend her leadership skills, I just want to scream in their face that we’ve held the majority exactly once since she’s been leader; it was in response to a despised Republican president, and she promptly fucking lost it again. She’s a terrible fucking majority leader, and if she wins it…
A lot of this touches on how I feel about it. It’s not bad, but the first one was such a masterpiece, while those one feels like such a let down. And it feels like so many people are afraid to level even faint criticisms against it, because we’ve been waiting so long.
Except they even made fast travel as infuriatingly difficult as possible. I spent $500 goddamn dollars to unlock it, only to discover its a map that can only be accessed at base camp, and it’s a map that doesn’t actually show you where everywhere is, relative to each other. So if I want to fast travel, I have to…
And there’s the blind defender. Can’t have an honest discussion about whether these moments are the game’s weak points and it tripping up, without you and people like you coming in to white knight and rescue it.
I mean, there's some logic to it. If you receive stolen property, you're complicit in that theft. If you receive stolen info, and materially gain in some way from it, then you're complicit in the theft. It even has a built in loophole for public good, but this is video game news. Get some damn perspective. This law…
That’s really the worst thing about both movies. Yeah, the Morlocks are monsters, but the Eloi literally forced them to evolve into monsters.
I know it’s not a good movie, but by God if it isn’t a guilty pleasure for me.
I’m not saying it’s right, but I get it.
Queen is a hard one to nail down on a favorite song. Really depends on my mood any given day. Might be Don’t Stop Me Now, or Fat Bottomed Girls, or Radio Gaga.
You mean the deputies that stayed in the boat working with rescuers literally until it was too late?
My son was born 7 days before his due date. We went in for the weekly checkup, and the wife's blood pressure was too high, so they kept her for monitoring for a few hours. Two more high readings, and they decided they were going to induce due to the chance of pre-eclampsia. 30-some hours later, my beautiful boy was…
Uh huh. And when you're looting 30 bodies after a 60 second firefight, it really screws with the flow of the game.
While I’m certainly enjoying Coven - Season 2, I can’t help but feel a little disappointed by the bait-and-switch of calling this Apocalypse. I was really looking forward to a season of raiders, and cannibals, and mutants, AHS style.
What I haven’t heard is whether or not every quest is manageable solo. Saying you don’t have to partner up with other people is one thing, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be chunks of the game that are simply too difficult unless you group up.
You’ve got a couple of good ideas, but zero steering or input from Bethesda regarding questing sounds like a recipe for disaster.
