I will agree, coming from a PC perspective some of the moves this guy did on console took advantage of his opponent’s inability to track his movements, so they don’t look that impressive at all as if the enemy had an input device that gave them 1:1 tracking then that problem wouldn’t be there…

Tactics? Why would the tactics be any different? I think they were more likely trying to belittle his skills by saying mouse aimers would be able to counter his game-pad play (which is a stupid thing to say, anyone with such a significant input advantage would perform better).
