What a rip off. This shows just how far the Shelby name has fallen. Carol probably should have sold his name and business to Ford and let Ford’s passionate engineers continue his legacy. As shown by the S550 GT350, Ford engineers know how to do things right.

This is a bit of a ripoff TBH. They’re charging $70k for a bunch of bolt-ons, and do almost NOTHING to the suspension or brakes. They start off with a BASE Mustang GT, no performance pack. The supercharger is an off-the-shelf Whipple unit that you can get installed on any new Mustang at the dealer. All they do to the

$110k is a tough value proposition when a Cayman GTS 4.0 starts at less, or a 911 Carrera T starts at slightly more. The real hero of this segment was the S550 Mach 1 at the end of the production run, where it got all the brakes/aero/suspension from the GT500 but with a good 6-speed and without the blower.

Ah, a great $2,800 find. Would dail....... wait, HOW much do you want for it!?

Fast forward to our jackass just taking office. Nice going assholes who voted for this.

some American automakers were experimenting with bringing an EV to market decades before General Motors, including Dodge, GM’s direct rival. One of Dodge’s early efforts is currently for sale online.

I work at a Ford lot. I haven’t seen anything over sticker since the height of the pandemic.

Without even stepping near it, I can tell you that the fabric bits leak, the camper part squeaks like an army of angry mice and the soundproofing from the engine that’s basically right next to your leg was never good to begin with. at $3000, it officially becomes more expensive than it is worth and even then, you are

Ssorry, No Dice

Came here to say the same thing -- they need a Maverick, not a Dakota.

Yep, take away the Murica / Trump / Hemi that made these things appealing to a certain demographic and watch the sales evaporate.

They cancelled the top two RWD selling sports cars, put this in its place with an absurd price tag and now they have to discount it nearly 25% just to get people to look at it.  Definitely an own goal.

Uh....I have a solution — maybe don’t start them at $85K?

Is it possible that Stellantis will ever get back into the business of making cars that people actually want to buy?

I disagree. The classic lumberjack plaid is very Canadian.

For reference, the 1993 C4 ZR1 had a sticker of about 67k, which equals a little under 150k in today’s money. I don’t think it’s fair to say this is “too expensive for a Corvette” considering what it offers.

Thankfully he went to the New York Post, that most trusted of journalistic institutions.

What is the perps car towing?

I was once pursued by flying balls. It was New Years Eve in the UP, the bar had just closed and... wait, come back! Don’t you want to hear how the aliens put my clothes on backwards and left me in the back of my car smelling of whiskey?
