I don’t think you are being pedantic. It is incorrect to suggest (as the author does) that bond prices are going up because yields are going down. That’s not how it works. In fact it’s the opposite of how it works. Your explanation is spot on.

I’m belatedly commenting to echo your sentiment. Judging the entire season based solely on the first four episodes is unfortunate, because this show gets REALLY good once it finds its voice around episodes 5 and 6. I HIGHLY recommend a watch.
