Your OP was so full of European-style elitist snark that you set the tone for this discussion.

It's the same demo they did at E3 with the cheesy voices. This is just a direct-feed version to get a sense of what the graphics really look like.

XBox mindshare/dudebros rule gaming right now.

If it was valid, we could have an adult discussion.

It might not have been random. The only side of the story we have are the parents of the kid sitting in jail awaiting a criminal trial, because of course all parents come out and say "yeah our son was actually plotting a school shooting."

No. The case is pending because the real world isn't like Law & Order where you have a crime, investigation, arrest, and trial in 1 hour. These things take a long time. Defense attorneys file motions, prosecutors file motions, both sides have to respond to motions, dockets are full of other cases ongoing, etc.

Don't speak about things you have no idea about.

That's my point.

Lots of questions. Being someone who is privy to the justice system as a lawyer, I will caution those who think this is just some innocent kid who did nothing wrong.

Threats are an exception.

Probably because his smart mouth got him in trouble with some real criminals.

>not from America

Same here. At that point, usually there are critical flaws in gameplay mechanics making the game difficult to enjoy.

8 years is simply the maximum. My guess is that there's likely something else there — otherwise he'd have been let go. He'll probably receive a conviction or deferred judgment and be sentenced to community service.

Many people did, actually. Many people helped crowd-fund it on Kickstarter last summer—63,416 backers, contributing $8,596,474 (the Ouya people had only asked for $950,000).

He's actually in jail awaiting trial since nobody has posted bond. He is not serving a sentence.

dat racism!

It's not jail time. He was held on bond awaiting trial. Nobody posted his bond, so he remained there until trial.

If he's been awaiting trial all this time, it must mean there was some evidence there, no?

lmao!
