Ah, struck once again by my talent for leaving a vital word out. “Given” in this instance.

I came in to the Orion X-Men Project after they’d given up on Conway and Thomas, as the proposed budget just kept inflating. I’d been into to pitch other things to the then-director of development, who I’d come to know when she’d worked for Roger Corman.

As I understand it, that was the bullshit Treknobabble explanation forcwhybtye Hobus Star did so much damage so fast — it sent out a subspace shockwave. It was enough of a catastrophic anomaly that a large part of the Galaxy was threatened.

Officially, it’s DSC.

Just read it.

You’re in the club with the guy who tyoped “Suicide Squid” and gavectise to a whole fan thing.

And why am I back in the greys on Lifehacker now?!

So, will this update fix the image display problem that was introduced several updates back? I’ve got one iPad that’s useless for image display, and one I’m not updating until I know it’s been cleared up.

I think the Mr. Nobody VFX is a good compromise. They could probably have pulled off the comic design, but nobodycwatchingcwould be able to make sense of it. They skipped over some of the more off the wall designs in this story, too. It gets really bonkers over the three issues.

Production budget on Nemesis was $60m. At the time the ratio was 2.5, now it’s 3:1 worldwide.

The lack of navigation on the DCU app on Roku pisses me off, as does the 1985 hyper o,pressed “stereo” sound. The CBS AA app is just fine, though, and now goes 5.1 sound.

The series is on the release calendar for The DC Universe, starting right after Swamp Thing wraps up its run — September through December. No exact date or day, but given that the DCU is doing Friday releases the most likely date is September 6th. The second choice is August 30th, third is September 13th.

Yep, we have Overdrive, RB Digital, and a couple of other things. They’ve looked into Hoopla but not committed as yet.

The adventures of Doop as a vocal8st: Doop Throat.

Has been for years.

Well, the streaming service is in some distress, mainly because of poor choices and bad design, but this is happening at a tinectyat suggests it’s been planned for a few months.

I have fifty borrows...and keep forgetting tovread them. Quite annoying behavior.

Yeah, I’d rather read on the ComiXology app. I’ve had yo read comics via The a Kindle app and it was a drag.

If you gave Primr, they have a selection on Prime Reading. Or sign on to Kindle Unlimited.

Unfortunately my library system doesn’t include Hoopla.
