I would, but I don’t like to lie. Tony Todd has been voicing Zoom throughout this season, up until the mask came off.

Humble’s latest Books Bundle is aimed at the Buffy/Angel fans, with $328 in books (generally collections, with a couple of Omnibus volumes tossed in, and a couple of one-shots.) $15 gets you everything, although you can pay more if you want.

$250 | LG - 43-Inch LED1080p HDTV | eBay is dead, dead, dead...all sold. Not too shocking, as I suspect a lot of people might have gone for the deal in conjunction with yet another of eBay’s 5x eBay Bucks for some customers (and they’re doing 20% on general fashion purchases, which is nuts.)

Came here for this (as I wrote the novelization) and was not disappointed.
Two things — firstly, I think Jimmy being offed was a bit of spite on Snyder’s part. The reason for it was that people were up in arms that Jimmy might have been gender flipped in Man Of Steel, and this seems to irritated Snyder. So he puts Jimmy into this one and shoots him in the head, and, then, for icing, takes…
Eh, there’s much worse in the annals. How about getting canceled the same night as your first episode airs? That’s happened more than once. In fact, if I remember it correctly, that’s what happened to Drive.
I’m wondering if they’ll temper the final main arc, because that’s gloriously insane, and several years off. If they survive that long, they have to do it, otherwise it negates the point of the show.
From the sounds of it, the biggest character deviation out of the gate is Tulip. From the descriptions, Cassidy arrives by falling out of a plane, and Jesse seems to be the same rough and ready type who gets struck with something he has no idea how to handle.
Yeah, but POI got fucked over by CBS. Everybody knew the cancelation was likely inevitable, but CBS had the producers make a short season anyway, and refused to confirm or deny until the broadcast date announcement. Which is crap behaviour. And all too bloody typical.
I quite agree. CBS had weird scheduling with the series, and then farted around with the streaming license over at Netflix, delaying season 4 for a couple of months.
Word from Wondercon on the pilot is that it’s actually closer to the comic than people might expect.
I think Jason Momoa can actually bring a goofy kind of humour to the film. I hope they give him the chance, given that he’s usually cast as the grunting monolithic warrior type.
Wonder Woman apparently comes off the best of the lot, and a real pleasure to watch for the short time she gets on screen.
Short flight over a long shark.
Aquaman will be two hours of Aquaman and Mera in a seafood restaurant, trying everything on the menu and giving tips to the chef.
It’s a thought, but seems unlikely. I’d be more prone to thinking it’s behind the scenes wheeling and dealing on the Berlantiverse shows.
One of the CBS honchos had said Supergirl was guaranteed a renewal a while back. It’s just not official yet. It’s not canceled yet, either, unlike Person Of Interest, which CBS snuffed out mercilessly the same damn day they announced the start date for season 5.
The reviews out of Wondercon indicate some shifts and adjustments (which we already expected once they cast Ruth Negga) but otherwise pretty much in keeping with the comic, rather than being PINO. It’ll have a somewhat less rapid progression in the storytelling, but that’s pretty much because if they went at the place…
