Yeah, it's a stunt man with Tony Todd dubbing the voice. They plan to do a full reveal eventually, but they haven't cast an actor for Zoom yet. It would be cool of they actually used Todd, though. He's awesome.

Could be Daniel West. If they do Evil Eddie Thawne, it would basically be Cobalt Blue (which I suppose is possible, considering Zoom is bright blue.)
