I shall defend Scorpion for it is I who was the show’s one loyal (overseas) viewer.

If Arnie were appearing in the next season of Jack Ryan, then this story would be ten times more interesting.

In Disney’s defence Marvel and Lucasfilms are run by two different divisions. Sure they’re all under the Disney umbrella, but the House of Mouse isn’t micromanaging all their various properties. Also as jarring as CGI Leia was in Rogue One, that’s a good film (the best of the Nu-Star Wars IMO).

This and Homer Badman are pretty close for me

Yeah pretty much my reaction too. This sucks so much. It’s pretty amazing he was making the films he was while battling this.

Hmm an animated comedy version of The X Files?

I actually think they can do option C, but whether the majority of B99 viewers in the US will go for it is a different matter.

That’s different Archer is an absurdist comedy, with ridiculous scenarios featuring wacky characters.

“...really not worth it.

Charlie got a job as a pharmaceutical rep, while also playing fake detective with his best friend. Though somehow he also managed to be team manager for an NFL franchise.

I hope this makes it way across the Atlantic for those of us who can’t get HBO Max, which doesn’t look like ever launching in UK and other territories.

Bring It On was definitely one of the better teen comedies from late 90's/early 2000's, it would be nice to revisit it. Whether this is via a years later catch up or a remake that balances the story more between the two rival cheerleader groups.

Yeah it’s a totally different (better?) series without Natalie Dormer playing multiple characters. Sadly we didn’t get that and worse we didn’t get anything of substance.

Yeah there was probably a decent series in there just about 1940's LA and the tensions among the various different communities. The ‘Penny Dreadful’ aspect really felt tacked on and didn’t go anywhere.

I guess I’m slightly internet famous now, nice crowd judging by the replies.

Vince Vaughan is in Lost World.

Dickie was a great man, except for supporting Chelsea.

I mean I get what you’re saying, but I think there’s a little bit of a stretch in terms of what we’re presented with on screen. I’ve never read the book, so don’t know if there’s more backstory with Nedry in that.

I’d say enjoy, but the true life story behind it is very awful.

Fun fact: which maybe lots of people already know. Spielberg wanted Dickie Attenborough to play Henry Jones Snr in The Last Crusade, but scheduling got in the way.
