Yes.

Sony said that WTC scene wasn’t gonna be in the film, but there were counter rumours that it was meant to be in a montage sequence shortly after Peter donned the Spidey costume.

Brolin has a gift for comedy, which he often displays on his Instagram. He should do more funny films.

Also Barry Sonnenfeld, he’s the man reason the original trilogy is by and large fun. Sure the third one man absolutely no sense towards the end (how old is Agent J supposed to be? Wait Agent K knew about J since he was a kid?), but it was still watchable.

Maybe not Gary “can you fix my laptop?” Glitter.

Interesting story which I did know regarding SGTG, though not the link to Cleopatra and its budget. Dean was a good friend sticking up for Marilyn like that, shame she couldn’t complete the film. Oh well we got Move Over Darling instead.

I’m gonna miss the show, but I’m glad it’s ending while it’s still fresh (hey I liked season 3).

Try any Downing Street press conference from 1990 to 1997.

I thought actors went method before doing the role, not after.

It’s mainly because I saw her attempt a Scouse accent in a UK press junket thing years ago that it stuck in my head. She had mentioned her mum was originally from Liverpool, but Halle’s impression was.... a little bit wayward 😬

Mid-90's Halle Berry is more in line with the age range of Cleopatra.

Well that wasn’t necessarily my intent, though I did specifically choose a mixed race female star.

I refer the honourable gentleman to the reply Kenneth Williams gave some years ago 😛

Hot take: Costner should have won an Oscar for Man of Steel. He’s by far the best thing in the film and is acting everybody off the screen (even if the overall film is....erm...flawed).

Halle Berry is half Scouser/half African American though, that works in my book 😛

I love practical effects, which is why I lament that that Scorsese’s Gangs of New York was the last major Hollywood picture use human extras (instead of the CGI standard we get now).

UK: Jim Dale, Carry On star who’s done some other work

Good shout.
