I thought it was a great cliffhanger. Going into the episode I wasn’t sure how the heck they were going to make whatever the Gabriel twist interesting, then they pulled that out of the bag.

That would have been good, even if he might have been slightly older than the guy they got.

Yeah 7/10 seems fairly good to me, but then again I don’t get the grading system (certainly not the US system in comparison to UK’s).

I hated the chin guard when original costume was unveiled, now I miss it. Barry looks weird without it.

Dear American cousins I have watched some of Sick Note, it’s very funny and a bit dark.

Yep that’s right. He became a good guy after Barry changed the timeline, but we haven’t seen him since season 3 (I think).

Cecile & Ralph together was my highlight of the episode. If we have to get by without Papa Joe, then Cecile pairing up with Team Flash is a great subsitute.
