Yeah the really weird thing is that it got picked up for a third season, considering its fairly middling ratings. I’m guessing the name recognition of Lethal Weapon is strong enough for Fox to continue with.

I’m hoping Seann (what’s with the 2 n’s dude?) get a decent career boost. The early 2000's seem like age ago, when he had a decent run of biggish Hollywood films.

Okay that makes sense. I’ll have to double check that the next time it’s shown on Sony Movie channel here in UK (which is very often at present).

Michelle Yeoh was class in that film, best Bond girl since Tracy.

She had a crushing appointment.

Surely all the characters in GoT have funny names?

Not mentioned here, but I would have liked to have known how the computer voice in Jumping Jack Flash was exactly the same as Jack’s (Mr Pryce) real voice.

Not sure how copyright would work, but I’d love it if the film could somehow include this lawsuit.

I’d have gone with Black Sam(oa).

Equally as good.

Counter point: Road Runner is evil and must be eaten. Wile E Coyote is a super genius and should be respected.

Are we talking shorts? As Looney Tunes cartoons beat Disney’s shorts hands down.

Fair point, change ‘any’ to ‘many’ :)

Paddington 2 is a old film though (released over here in 2017), so I don’t know that the Academy would remember/consider it.

Crash is like shooting fish in a barrel. Personally I don’t think it’s a terrible film.....for a tv movie made in the 80's or 90's.

And yet that film has no BP nomination. Where’s the justice?

Also if Marty can get nominated (and win) for Best Picture, then any half decent Hollywood film can.

THE best film of 2018? No.

Counterpoint it’s as good as any 90's nominated Best Picture film. Just because it has perceived plot holes for you doesn’t mean it isn’t a good film.

Good to see AVC is still keeping up its policy of random bad pictures for some of its articles.
