I think this week was one of HR's strongest episodes. He was helpful in thinking up a way for Barry to search for Wally, offered decent advice to Jesse and helped lightened the mood in a non-annoying (for me) way.

That was one awkward long pause, almost matched by Jesse's at the end.

It kind of deserves it, with how the storylines have been playing out over the last year or so.
