Yeah, no you’re right. If someone went off in a Miata, hit that sandbag and flipped their car, they’d totally just eat the cost and not try to put the blame on anyone else.

You know, there are definitely times when I wish it had the extra foot, but I definitely prefer the aesthetic of the 6'.
I’m just in that place where I probably could spend $20k on one of those, but really shouldn’t. Not to mention that it wouldn’t really work well for me right now logistically (turns out owning 2 cars and 2 motorcycles in an apartment complex is already a pretty tight fit).
That makes me sad. I’ve always wanted an E46. I was looking at them 3-4 years ago when you could get one in decent shape with ok miles in the mid-teens but talked myself out of it over maintenance costs. Curse past me.
Oh yeah I forgot about those guys...grr...
It’s rare for me to see a concept car I’ve never heard of. Rarer still for it to be a Ford. Very cool!
Oh...why thank you!
Crap man. They weren’t even that 3 years ago. Well I was right, just didn’t take my own advice haha.
Now would definitely be the time to find one with low miles in Laguna Blue with Imola Red interior and park it in a garage somewhere.
Especially after the nice little boost from the opening scene of Baby Driver...
Preach.
We’re looking forward to it!
1st Gear: We’re planning to buy my wife a 500 Abarth this summer and I already know the scorn we’re going to endure even from family members. I, for the life of me, cannot understand why everyone in this country believes they need a car capable of holding 5-7 more people than ever ride in it.
I’ve been guilty of amassing a huge collection of accounts that I follow (some of which it turns out haven’t been active in a year or two!). So I recently committed to removing 5 accounts a day and that has done wonders for making my regular feed more of what I want to see.
Could have been a shared platform with the Ford Interceptor.
My first thought.
Wait, you had never even seen Smokey and the Bandit before..? I didn’t know that was a thing that was possible...
Cullman is a particularly hellish place.
Pretty sure Cullman is below almost everyone...
My brother is in school there and was fortunately spared.
