Imho, with learning languages grammar is secondary, more important is that one would understand what one is told and able to make oneself understood. However most teachers start with grammar.

It’s good for business to know many languages, you never know who might be your customer. Also, if state needs something from you they’ll provide a translator. On another hand, if you need something, you’re on your own. And this is global.

There’s always option of puting cameras outside the private property. Like the areas you think they’d go to private property. Or how do you determine where to put camera on private property?
