Notre Dame is, of course, still paying for birth control for employees. Notre Dame compensates its employees through salary and through benefits. All they are doing is making employees pay for their birth control through the salary portion instead of the benefits portion.

I totally agree with this and we use it for pretty much the exact same reasons. It’s not like we look at it every 10 seconds. But it sure is better than needing to ask for ETAs (and sometimes safer if the other person is driving.) And you are totally right, for meal prep timing it is invaluable.
