Let’s not be too hasty. Maybe not every cop there should be in jail for negligent homicide; after ballistics reports from the kids are released, maybe we’ll find out that some of them should be in jail for manslaughter as well.

I don’t think a bunch of smaller companies or fractured vertical integration is a better solution; on the contrary the industry should be nationalized so we have a single, not-for-profit entity like a national public utility.
