I am not a spice connoisseur, so I’ll probably get hate for this. I use just a few drops of hot sauce in whatever I make/eat, so probably because I don’t use enough to notice the difference, I find that Frank’s Red Hot works pretty much interchangeably in recipes. Because it’s less spicy, I can actually use more.
