In the US it was traditionally served as a side in a steakhouse. In the freezer section just frozen spinach with a creamy sauce. If you’re in the mood for smooth-cheesy comfort food but want some nutrition mixed in, this is your guy. Can also bake a potato and smother it with the creamed spinach and cheese.

I love salads SO MUCH! Sometimes, though, all the washing and chopping is just too much work - especially when I’m anxious. Thankfully, Publix has a pretty reasonably priced tossed salad and so I’ve been trying to keep that on hand.

I’m down for it! But deviled eggs must contain finely chopped pickles and mustard of any kind along with the mayo. Any recipe that just adds mayo and egg yolks can fuck off. Anything other ingredients are in play. Just no bland “should have eaten a hard boiled egg” recipe.
