Mail Robot’s broke ass can’t even negotiate the cubicles in the counter-intelligence division. It just stops in the hallway like an asshole while it records secret conversations for its commie masters.

I feel like because it’s Eric Wareheim — someone I’ve been a fan of for years — I kind of relax when he’s on screen.

I get unreasonably mad at fictional characters for being so careless, especially when it’s a plot point for most of the episode.

I don’t think they cared. They eventually got diversity years later, but not when Colbert was there. John Oliver was pretending to be Steve Carrell, but he was probably chosen because he has a hit show on HBO and has been a guest on the Late Show multiple times.
