The major maintenance on a 308/328 does not require pulling the engine. The cam belts can be replaced with the engine in place. It’s the later cars 355/360 that do the engine-out. 

That’s the thing about these cars I never understood. Spending big money on a beautiful car that’s fast and fun to drive (plus the attention, if that’s what tilts yer kilt) but rarely taking it out of the garage because you don’t want to put a lot of miles on affecting its value.
